Governing Use of AIIP Platform and Services

By registering on or using the AIIP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'Student', 'College', or 'Company') and Gigowork Innovations Private Limited (CIN: U62099MH2025PTC448605), operating under the brand name AIIP — All India Industry Internship Program ('AIIP', 'we', 'us', 'our'). Access to and use of the AIIP platform at www.aiip.in and all associated services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
To use AIIP services, you must:
AIIP provides the following services ('Services'):
AIIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to users.
You are responsible for:
AIIP reserves the right to suspend accounts found to have inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or terms violations without prior notice.
5.1 Free Internship: AIIP's core internship program — including all project work, team collaboration, mentorship, and the completion certificate — is provided COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE to all enrolled students. AIIP's mission is to upskill India's youth at zero cost.
5.2 Aptitude Assessment Fee: A nominal fee (approximately ₹99, as displayed on the platform at time of registration) is charged for the aptitude and technical assessment used for role assignment. This fee covers assessment infrastructure and may be updated periodically on the platform.
5.3 Payment: All payments are processed through secure, government-compliant payment gateways. AIIP does not store payment card data.
5.4 Refund Policy: Please refer to the separate AIIP Refund Policy document. In summary:
AIIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT. AIIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT. AIIP DOES NOT PROVIDE PLACEMENT ASSURANCE.
The internship certificate issued by AIIP certifies completion of a structured learning program. Hiring decisions are made exclusively by employers. AIIP connects students with opportunities but cannot and does not guarantee outcomes.
7.1 AIIP Platform: All content, branding, technology, methodologies, and materials on the AIIP platform are the intellectual property of AIIP and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.
7.2 User Content: By submitting content (project work, profiles, feedback) to the AIIP platform, you grant AIIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized versions for platform improvement and marketing purposes.
7.3 Certificates: AIIP certificates are issued under AIIP's authority. Reproduction, forgery, or misrepresentation of AIIP certificates is a criminal offense under Indian law.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, certificate revocation, and legal action.
AIIP certificates include unique QR codes and Certificate IDs for instant verification. Any certificate that cannot be verified through the official AIIP verification portal (www.aiip.in/verify) should be treated as potentially fraudulent. AIIP maintains tamper-proof records and actively cooperates with institutions investigating certificate fraud.
AIIP services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. AIIP makes no warranty that: (a) the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any particular outcome will result from use of the platform; (c) AI tools will produce perfect or job-guaranteeing results. Career outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions beyond AIIP's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AIIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or any other losses, even if AIIP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AIIP collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using AIIP, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein. AIIP complies with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
AIIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the platform community. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@aiip.in. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for services rendered.
AIIP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform with the revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Maharashtra, India. The courts of Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.
